 The Minister for Environment, Climate and Communications signed an Order increasing the renewable transport fuel obligation rate to 16.985% (by reference to petroleum products), by energy, with effect from 1 January 2023. The Minister also signed an Order setting the advanced biofuel obligation rate at 0.3%, by energy  it will also come into effect from 1 January 2023.
