Biofuels Obligation Scheme

The National Oil Reserves Agency (NORA) has been nominated to administer the Biofuels Obligation Scheme which commenced on 1 July 2010. NORA has engaged Consultants (a consortium of Byrne Ó Cléirigh and LHM Casey McGrath – with BÓC as the lead consultant) to assist in administering the Scheme.
